Can not view slide show in full screen

Hi,
A user reported that she can not play powerpoint slide show in full screen.
And I checked all the settings on her computer, nothing wrong found. When I
click Slide Show from the menu under View, a new window will open but not in
full screen. I tried "set up show" under Slide show, nothing changed.
Appreciate if anyone can help on this.......

Hi,

Seems as though either something is wrong with PowerPoint or a set up
problem. What version of PowerPoint? Does it look like the slideshow is
viewing in a browser window? You checked the slideshow setup, but is it set
to something like Presented by speaker, (full screen)?
