Can not view colours

I have been trying to look at some colour charts (eg The Hex Hub) and
although the colour description shows, the colour boxes are left blank
showing no colour. What setting do I have to change to permit the colours to
show?

Hi,
Those pages (if I found the right ones at
http://www.december.com/html/spec/color.html ) use the <bgcolor=" "> HTML
tag to display colors within cells. IE might be blocking/ignoring background
colors.

Take a look at these settings:
Internet Options> General> Accessibility
and
Control Panel> Accessibility Options> Display.
For most users, nothing should be checked.
