A

Amanda

When I click on Add and Remove I will get an error

An uexpected error occurred
class not regixtred
ress://aapwiz.cp/listbox.htc
line 225

The option to rmove or change is grayed out. What can be
done to fix this without reloading system. This is a new
laptop with a fresh reload.

Hi

From the "Run" box try

regsvr32 %windir%\system32\appwiz.cpl

and
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\webvw.dll

and
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\mshtml.dll

You might try to reinstall IE, the article above also tells you how to do that.

See tip 6032 at http://www.jsiinc.com/reghack.htm as well

If this doesn't help, try to reinstall the OS service pack you already have
installed (or install a newer one if possible).

If the problem persists, you'll could do an in-place upgrade of the OS and see
if it helps:
