Can not use recurrence in tasks

I am currently running outlook 2003 and BCM, all of the users can set
recurrences in their own tasks except one user where the tab is greyed out,
they can set recurrences in calendar. Any suggestions as to why this one user
can not use recurrences in tasks?

Any help appreciated.
