can not start word in office

when i start my word program from my 2007 small business, it will mot load
and has a not responding then quits, i have tried to do a repair with the
disk, what else can i do?

An easy step would be to uninstall and then reinstall MS Office
(instead of selecting the repair option).

Uninstall - reinstall rarely fixes anything. What have you found that
this works for?

Actually reinstalling won't be an easy step, since it rarely fixes any
issues.
