Can not send email - what is this message telling me to do?

Problem: I can send and receive emails from my wildblue.net account,
but can NOT from my gmail.com account. I need to do something,
but not sure what I need to do - see above error message...

Thanks!

It seems to be working now that I changed Outgoing mail (SMTP) to 465. But
will need to do a little testing to be sure:)
