can not see other computer in my network places

I have 3 computers ; computer 1 is upstairs wired connection and computer2
wireless connection and compuer3 wireless connection. I can ping each other
computers name and ip address but computer3 doesnt show up in my network
places of workgroup computer. I can ping computer3 from computer1 and also
from computer2 but I cant see computer3 in my networkplaces/workgroup
computers. I triend disable the firewall and norton antivirus but it wont
work out any idea please.
 
If using net view \\remotepcipaddress, what do you receive? If it is system error 53, it could be the master browser issue.

Make sure that there's not another piece of Norton that you didn't find.
Various Symantec products are notorious here. Disabling it doesn't always work
either.

Then look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all", from each computer, and
diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
instructions precisely (download browstat!):
