Can not ping one computer on network

I have 5 computers on a simple peer to peer network. All are running Windows
XP Professional except for the new one which is running Home. All show up on
network connections and I can look into all of their root drives. I can ping
out of the computer running Home to the other computers but I can not ping
the compuer running Home. I can ping itself using 127.0.0.1. I have checked
all setting in network connections and they are all the same.
Any suggestions?

I would check the firewall settings first.
