Can not open/modify/create reports in 2003

Our database is on a network drive and the computers with
Access 2002, SP3 can open/modify/create reports. Also the
icon is different, plain square, on the 2003 machines.
 
What have you done so far to trouble-shoot? Have you searched this news
group and/or Google for an answer?
