How do I troubleshoot Access reports?

I am having issues with creating and then accessing reports in Microsoft
Access. I've created 2 databases, created reports in both, and now can not
get the reports to work and am unable to create new reports. When double
clicking on a created report, the hourglass cursor shows briefly on the
screen and then it disappears without the report opening. I can't modify the
reports or anything. I am even unable to create new reports using the wizard
or design view.

I've reinstalled Office, that didn't fix the problem. I've had my machine
rebuilt from scratch, that didn't fix the problem. Our IT department has
checked the program and say that it is working correctly, even though they
have witnessed that I can't use or create reports.

I'm using Office 2003 Professional, Access 2003 SP2 build 11.6566.6568. The
files are stored on a remote server.

A quick search of this news group for your issue should return many replies.
I expect all you need to do is make sure you have a default printer defined
in Windows.

Thank you for your response, Duane. I did do a search of the forum before
posting, but didn't find anything that answered my question. I have 3
printers installed and there is a default printer selected. Any other hints
would be appreciated.

Again, thank you for your reponse.
