Can not open form published in public folder

I have created an outlook form (FormMain) and have set up an action to
open another form that I have created. This form has been published
in the a Public Folder.

My problem is that when I select Forms from the combo box for the Form
Name in the Form Action Properties window, it only allows me to select
a form from either the Standard or Personal Form Libraries.
I want to select the form that I published in the public folder.

Is there anyway around this, I really don't want to have to publish
this in a personal folder because I have a lot of users that will be
using this form.

Isn't the choice presented in a drop-down list? If so, you should be
able to navigate to the proper folder.

The proper place to publish the form is in the Organization Forms
Library. If it is not showing in the list, then the Exchange
Administrator may not have created it yet, or may not have given you
permissions to use it. Get on his case so that you can use that feature
of the Exchange server.
