I have used Netscape, then Mozilla for years. Do not like MSIE for
several reasons.

I am using win XP home, Moz 1.6., AVG AV and Kerio Personal Firewall.
Have ENABLE ALL COOKIES checked.

I have been logging on to CNET forums since it started. About a month
ago, something happened and now, I can not log on. I had save password
checked, but something happened.

Sent several emails to CNET help people and so far not able to figure
out what is wrong.

Changed password several times by copy and paste when they send me new
password. When I try to log on to CNET forum, I enter my password, and
the page cycles and pops up with same page which shows me as GUEST. It
will not accept my password. No message about incorrect password, just
goes back to original page showing me as guest.

Tried using M$IE, and I can log on to CNET. Something apparently is
not set correctly in Moz and I can not figure out what to do. I did not
knowingly make any changes to Moz.

Thanks in advance.

This is really not an XP issue. However, go into Mozilla's preferences
and set it to accept all cookies. Then go to the site and try. Now you
can use Cookie Mgr. to always allow cookies from this site and go back
to the way you were handling cookies (assuming you were controlling
them with the Cookie Mgr.).

Sorry, I meant to put this on the Moz nwwagroup. This site and Moz
site have same name (n.p.m.general)in left column, and I clicked on
wrong one.

Going to the Moz site to post this question.
