I used the info from previous posts to set up my account information. It
will not let me sign in. It keeps giving me the window "please make sure
your account info is correct" i tried putting it in a bunch of times but it
wont let me. I am wondering if it is something in the the account info i did
not type in right. I am trying to set it up with yahoo. I am not paying for
the yahoo plus, my internet provider is time warner cable in case that
matters. Suggestions?

Thank you

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP
access. Windows Mail does not handle webmail.
There are three possible solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail, you can make it your default email service, so that Yahoo
webmail will pop up when you click on a MailTo link on a web page:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/settings/settings-10.html

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/overview/index.html
and use the special settings for that service:

3. Another option is called YPOPs: http://ypopsemail.com
It is free, but requires some technical knowledge to implement.

Which of the many parts of Yahoo are you trying to use? I wasn't able to
find any web site about a specific part for Time Warner users; if there was
one, Time Warner would probably be paying to get you the equivalent
of Yahoo Plus.

If you want to use the yahoo.com part, and don't want to pay for Yahoo
Plus, you'll probably need to install a program to help with the connection:

These programs look like they may need some extra computer knowledge
to use, though.
