can not load login script in WinXP sometime

This network is a Domain Network. I sometime can not auto
load the login script into my WinXP, I try to logout or
restart the PC, but same as the problem.
I try to fill in the IP addresss, DNS and WINS in the
static IP mode. and Adding the sufix in the DNS box. but
can't effect
What do I do? because I am very confuse.
Please help me this problem
 
Try to create a new user- does this new user load the log in scrift when
you- log in?
