Can not install xp

I have recently upgraded my mobo and processor, and now can not get windows
to setup for a new install over the old version or anything. I get to the
point in the beginning where it says starting windows, and then it gives the
BSOD 0x0000007b (0xF96B463C,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000) as the error
message. Have tried differnet drives and still get the same. Any ideas?
