Can not edit webpage

I have been using FP 2003 to create/edit/maintain my website. I did a bunch
of updates last night, but when I tried to access it today it will not let me
edit anything. I can edit the code, but not the design on either split
screen or design screen. Being that I am using DWT I checked to make sure
that I did not mess up the begin and end editable regions. All I get when I
hover the mouse is a circle with a slash. Any ideas?

that would be an uneditable region, if you want to edit that open the DWT.

That part that I can not edit is the body. It is not part of the DWT. It is
only the one page (index) that I can not edit. The other pages edi fine.
