can not download thru Nestscape browser

[Frustrated!]

I am using Netscape Navigator. Whenever I try to download
any wallpaper or file from the internet, it does not save
and says...can not save..source file could not be read.
Help me how to solve it.

My advice is to abandon Netscape and use Internet Explorer. Netscape always has problems with displaying graphics.

Are you trying to save the images straight to your drive? or to a disk? Do you have any graphics programs installed?
