Can Not Delete Files

Hi!

Trying to delete some files that were recently emailed to me. They are
Illustrator/PhotoShop eps files. It keeps telling me that the files are in
use and to close the program before deleting. I have nothing open or any
process open that would lock these files. I have rebooted and still get the
message. Any ideas? It appears to just be this one folder. XP Pro SP1.

Try booting into safe mode, then deleting.
