can not defragement

First - this sounds like a "DiskKeeper" and not a dot net question. Second,
open a command prompt and enter Chkdsk /R and press return. Answer No to
any questions about dismounting the file system and Yes to any about running
chkdsk during the next reboot. Reboot.

You have a problem with your file system, possibly involving a newly
developed bad sector.
