Can not change the home page

Some program changed my home page and I can not restore it
as all buttons in tools->Internet Explorer Options->home
Page are disabled as well!!!
please help

If you use Spybot S&D, open Spybot in Advanced mode and check the Immunize
settings. You may have placed this restriction inadvertently.

If not ... go to Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites:

"Various Registry Fixes" >> UnlockHomePage.reg

Next (same page) check for parasites and other malware which may have caused
this.
