Can not brows

Hi all,
When I enter a url like www.msn.com, my Internet Explore
automatic add a prefix to my url like http://ehttp.cc/?.
So, my url will become http://ehttp.cc/?www.msn.com and
the browser is trying to goto misleaded site. Am I
infected? How do I fix the problem? Please advise.
