can not access my documents, my picture, my music, and control pan

Hello,

after done the updating language from control panel region and language, I
realised now I can not open my documents... even control panel from start
..... I can not even left start to open it up window explore, worst of all,
now I can not even open recycle bin from my desk top...


anyone know have the same experiences, and how to solve it?

Do you have 'System Restore' enabled? If so, try it.

Did you try returning the 'Regional and Language Options' to the Default
(English) settings?
