Can No Longer Play Music On WMC?

Windows Media Centre made good use of the music on my hdd for approx one week
after setup, until yesterday. I go to play some music and it shows 180
"Unknown Albums". If I click one it says cannot find media, check to make
sure it's still on the hdd? I check and they are there, but WMC cannot see
them. I re-set the path but still same outcome. Help me get music back on WMC
please...
