Can no longer go into folder properties but I can get drives properties?

HI! used a program and now I got a new problem. I cant seem to view sharing
or properties of any folder on any of my drives. when I click it, it just
does nothing. however if I click the actuall drive letter it will give my
the properties or the sharing if I click the sharing.

Does anyone have a clue to what might have happened and how to fix it?
 
Have you used System Restore to a time before you installed this program
that caused the problem. And what was the name of the program?
