Can No Longer Clean Disk

Using XP Pro my Disk Cleanup Icon has vanished. I still have Disk
Defragmenter so will someone please tell me how to get Disk Cleanup back.
Thank you.
 
That brought up cleanmgr.exe but not Disk Cleanup. Please tell me how to get
Disk Cleanup back.
