Can my e-mail be hijacked by a porn site.

I opened my sent box the other day to find an e-mail which looked it had
come from a porn site sitting there. I do not know where it had been sent or
to how many of my addresses. It was using my mail format and had my signature
on the bottom.
Has anyone come across this. I ran a sweep with spybot and came up with DS
Exploit. Nortons revealed two viruses but I did not record their names.
I had opened some junk mail including porn sites from my ISP to see what
they were.

What version of Norton, and is it fully patched? You ought to be able to see
what viruses it found and what it did with them. Also try a full scan at
http://housecall.antivirus.com for a second opinion.
Also, what version/mode/SP level of Outlook? (help | about). Is it fully
patched from Office Update?
Do you have a firewall?
What version of Spybot? 1.3 is the latest, and is the only one you should
use - update it. The DSO Exploit it catches is usually a false positive
anyway. Also try downloading the latest version of Adaware, updating it, and
running a full scan.
