Can MWsnap take pictures being shown by WIndows Media Player 10?

My MWsnap works on any other area of the screen but not on what WMP is
showing.

turn off hardware accelaration, take the snapshot, and turn it on again
[control panel>display>settings tab>advanced button>troubleshoot tab>
pull the lever all the way to the LEFT.

(remember to put it back to full after you are finished)

if you want to automate the process so you wont have to go through all that
here is a visual basic script that turns it on- off for you

Thank you. Turning off HW acceleration did it!

The script doesn't seem to run on my XP Pro. I open a command line
box and run the vbs but get an AciveX error.

"C:\Documents and Settings\Franklin\Desktop\ToggleVideoOverlays.vbs"

C:\Documents and Settings\Franklin\Desktop\ToggleVideoOverlays.vbs(3,
1) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: ActiveX component can't create
object: 'UltraMon.System'
---------------------------

oh.. sorry for that vbs... it is for use with ultramon only...(its a small
program for multiple monitors)

I think that there is another one that works for people that dont have
ultramon...

I will have to look...

It's ok. It's no big deal to use the slider in the settings.

At least I can grab the picture rather than get nothing.
