Can Microsoft Outlook Calendars be merged together?

I'm trying to merge all the days off from my staff in one calendar. Can
Outlook Calendars be merged?
 
I think if they each export their calendars to XLS files you can import them
into the same folder on your machine/mailbox.

Just drag-and-drop data from the various calendars to the one you want to
contain them all.
