Can languages be added to the International Dictionaries in Outloo

I need to be able to spellcheck in multiple languages in Outlook. Outlook's
spellcheck currently includes English, French and Spanish. Can additional
languages be added to the International Dictionaries under the Spelling Tab
in Outlook?
