Can Install widows update

whether I use auto update of download directly from
Microsoft I get the following error when I try and
install updates.

"The softwarew you are installing has not passed Windows
Logo testing to verify its compatability with Windows
XP. This software will not be installed. Contact your
system administrator"

Since this is my home machine, I can only ask myself and
I dont have a clue why this wont install, other than my
system has been hacked.

Look for: "When installing an update you receive the following
message: "Software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo
testing""
