I don't use English version of Word and I am not sure in names.
Try in Page setup apply new margins not on whole document, but select "from
this place" and on next page set normal margins and select "from this place"
again.
Second option is use sections breaks and set margins for this section in
document.
Excuse my English, but it is not my native language.

Take a look at: How to set up letterhead or some other document where you
want one header on the first page and a different header on other pages. http://www.addbalance.com/word/headersfooters.htm This gives step-by-step
instructions. (It also has the following links)
