CAN I USE DIFFERENT MARGINS (TOP & BOTTOM) IN THE SAME DOCUMENT?

I NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN CHANGE THE MARGINS (TOP & BOTTOM) IN SOME PAGES BUT
IN THE SAME DOCUMENT WITHOUT AFFECT THE OTHER PAGES (LIKE IN WORPERFECT).

I don't use English version of Word and I am not sure in names.

Try in Page setup apply new margins not on whole document, but select "from
this place" and on next page set normal margins and select "from this place"
again.

Second option is use sections breaks and set margins for this section in
document.

Excuse my English, but it is not my native language.

Yes. In most cases what you want to do is described in
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm (describing how to use the
"Different first page" setting to your advantage); if you want other pages
to be different (or different in other ways), you'll need to insert section
breaks (see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/WorkWithSections.htm).
