Can I use an AGP 2.0 video card with ASUS K8N-E MB?

I'd like to upgrade my motherboard from an MSI-KT3 with a 1.8 GHz
Athlon XP to an ASUS K8N-E with an Athlon 64 3400+

However, I'd like to keep my existing video card which is a Matrox
Mllennium 400 Max.

The ASUS board has an AGP (specification 3.0 supporting 8X and the
specs say 1.5v only) but the
Matrox board is AGP specification 2.0 (supporting 1X/2X/4X, and
supports 1.5v). I think
that the ASUS board will accept the Matrox card (operating at 4x) but
am not absolutely sure. Does anyone know?

It seems to depend on whether the K8N is a "universal" 1.5V AGP3.0
motherboard or not. Does "1.5V video cards only" imply "universal
1.5V AGP 3.0"?

Thanks

It should work. My K8N-E manual says AGP 8X/4X 1.5V only.
I couldn't see and more info than that in the manual.
