Can I use a Word document to make an Access form or report?

I have a testing business in which I complete paper forms by filling in
blanks with test data. I want to create an Access database for keeping track
of test results. I would like to import the documents I have created in Word
to Access and add controls so that I can print reports that look like my Word
documents with Access data in the appropriate blanks.

You can not turn Word docs into Access forms and reports.

You have two options ---
1. Create Access forms for data entry of your testing data. Create Access
reports that look like your Word docs that get their data from your database
tables. You can then print the testing reports.
2. Create Access forms for data entry of your testing data. Turn your Word
docs into Word templates. Use Access to Word automation to send your data
from your Access tables to your Word docs and then you can print the Word
docs containing your test data.
