Can I upgrade from Frontpage 98 to Frontpage 2003?

Does anyone know if I can upgrade my full version
Frontpage 98 to the new Frontpage 2003?

Is Frontpage Office 2003 the same product as Frontpage
2003?

Yes - provided your OS qualifies for any of the MS Office 2003 products
