can I uninstall xp sp2?

Yes, go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
Look for "Windows XP Service Pack 2"
 
I did go there, but cannot find ""Windows XP Service Pack 2" option
Is there anything wrong with my computer

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Be sure you've placed a
checkmark in the "Show Updates" option at the top.
