I have a license of Windows XP Professional (Traditinal Chinese) for one of
my computer. That system broke down due to hardware problem. I have another
computer without authorised license right now. Can I transfer the previous
license to that computer? How? As I have used the activation key before, I
can't used it again. What should I do? Of course I don't want to re-install
the whole system and softwares again. Please advice.

more info for reference:
- I found a COA on the CD cover, but I can't find the product key (25 digits)
- Labels on COA - " Windows XPPro Genuine Adv ChnTrad, Hong Kong Direct CD
No Key, Made in Taiwan"

Hi:

Following the strict rules and the EULA, you can not transfer one copy or
key from one machine to other if it is a OEM version. I am not sure if your
version, is a retail or OEM. If it is retail, as along as you run that copy
in one machine only, there is not problem. Also you can activate yuor copy
of windows a certain number of times.

I am not sure, but "no key" may means that is already activated your copy.
Try to get in contact with MS in your contry, they might advise you better.
