Im running Windows XP ... Is there anyway to completely
delete everything from your computer that you've ever
installed or downloaded including back up files and start
all over?
Thanks Tracy ....

Hi Tracy,

Sure. Boot the WinXP CD, start the installation routine. At setup, where you
choose the installation destination, remove the existing system partition.
Then create a new one, format it and proceed with the installation.

Greetings --

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
