Can I start Microsoft Outlook automatically when Windows starts ?

I want Outlook to start automatically when my pc boots up, how do i get it to
do this?
 
On Windows XP: Start -> Settings -> Taskbar and Start Menu -> tab Start
Menu -> Customize -> Add -> Browse -> (navigate to the OUTLOOK.EXE file)
-> OK -> Next -> Next -> Finish.
