P Pete_UK Nov 10, 2006 #2 Highlight the sort range and sort by your lowest three criteria. Then sort again choosing your highest (main) criteria. Alternatively, you can join two or more fields together in a temporary column, and include this in your sort range as one of the sort fields. Hope this helps. Pete
