Can I Setup the Out of Office Assistant to reply only to internal e-mail?

The configuration in our Exchange server is to send out of
office replies to internal and external e-mail.

Is there any way in Outlook to tell the Out of Office
assistant to only send messages to internal e-mails and
not to send the notice to external senders.

Usually the Exchange administrator handles this by blocking automatic
responses to external mail.
