Can I set to visible only incoming mails only?

How can I set my outlook to see only : incoming mails unread
in microsoft outlook ? Please help me.

In Outlook:
View | Arrange By | Custom...
Click on the 'More Choices' tab
Check Box "Only Items that are:"
set to unread
Click OK
