Can I set the order in the taskbar?

B

Bill Broyles

When my xp pro sp2 laptop boots, the MSN Messenger is the first icon that
pops up on the taskbar, lower right, next to time. I want to move it so the
wireless connection fires before the MSN Messenger. That way it can sign on.

TIA

Hi,
First type "msconfig" in RUN dialogue box, enter. You find a window which last tab is startup, uncheck the "msmsgs", and make a shortcut of this "msmsgs" file at your startup folder located in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
hope it will help you
