Can I set OWA as my default email program in IE??

I need to use OWA instead of Outlook, Hotmail etc.

Unless there is a way to automatically configure Outlook if there is no
default profile set up on the machine? Can a default profile somehow be
loaded using the default userid %username% if there is no profile on the
machine? Does anyone know of documentation on how to do this?
