Can I see "Company" when I want to select people for a Distr List?

I am running Outlook 2003. When I create a new Distribution List and then
click "Select Members" I was wondering if there is a way to see the "Company"
field. At the moment I can see Name fields and email address, but not
Company.

Is there a setting that I can change to see this?

No. The Outlook Address Book interface cannot be customized.
Features like that are in the Contacts Folders. The address book has no
features.
