Can I restore a deleted sub folder

In my Inbox I have several subfolders that incoming mail is routed to.
Tonight I accidently deleted one of the subfolders and all the messages it
contained. Is there a way I can get it back. The folder & it's messages
doesn't show in deleted items. Help anyone?

Got a backup?

If not, this *may* work - but you *need* to do backups regularly.
