Can I refresh Imported External Data at less than 1 minute intervals?

I have a database query from Excel with the Data Range Settings set to
Refresh every 1 minute.

1 minute seems to be the minimum. Is there a way of refreshing every
say 10 seconds?

I have thought of recording a macro which simply clicks the refresh
button but then how to I create an event to call the macro at 10
second [or whatever] intervals.

All help is appreciated.
