Refresh External Data Range

Can you make an external data range refresh every time a
cell in the source range is changed? Right now I have it
set to refresh every 10 minutes because I don't want it to
continue refreshing when nothing has been changed. But,
ideally, the user needs to see the effects of his inputs
as soon as it is entered.
