If you haven't closed the document, you can use Edit | Undo (or press
Ctrl+Z) repeatedly to restore the contents of the original document;
then use File | Save As.
If you saved the document only once and the "Always create backup
copy" option was selected in Tools | Options, Save tab, you'll find
your original document as a *.wbk backup.
If none of the above applies, you'll have to retype, I'm afraid.
For future use, you may want to create a template and use it when
creating new documents. See
