Can I recover mp3s??

Hi, I was using Napster yesterday and i tried to erese files from the program
to reload them again but in order, but when it's deleting i find out that it
deleted the files on my pc as well, i tried the system recovery point, i went
4 days back, and i still can't get my mp3s back, is there something i can do
to get them back???
Please I really need help, half of my library is gone now..

Please cross-post if necessary in the future. Multi-posting can be
annoying. =)

"System Restore" - that only covers SYSTEM files. MP3s are not necessary
for your system - so that backup depends on you.

There are several data restoration applications out there (Google for
them) - but know that the more you use your machine, the lower your odds of
getting all of your MP3 files back are - as the system will write over the
areas where your MP3 files were - rendering them useless or partial.
