Can I put an automatic footer showing a file path?

Hi - can anyone help? We are supposed to use footers at work showing the
file path where our spreadsheets are stored - in Word this is easy as there
is a link but Excel 2000 seems not to have the facility. Is there any way of
doing this? Thanks in anticipation! Sandra
